The C-Balancing Toner

This toner balances the pH value of normal to oily skin. Oilier skin is the result of excessive sebum production, the c-balancing toner regulates sebum production. The soothing toner nourishes the skin after cleansing, so you don't experience tightness or dryness. In addition, the toner cleans deep into the pores to remove residual dirt and excess sebum after cleansing.
- Aloe barbadensis leaf juice soothes red spots and irritation.
- Witch hazel cleans and tightens pores.
- The toner is alcohol-free and does not irritate your skin.
